- Order processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1â2 business days.
- Delivery time in Finland is usually 2â5 business days.
- Shipping methods and costs
- We use reliable shipping services (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto or DHL).
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Discreet packaging
- All shipments are packaged discreetly â without any markings about the contents.
- Tracking
- We will send a confirmation email of delivery and a possible tracking number for you to view.
âŠī¸ Return & Exchange
- Return time
- The customer has a 14-day right of return for inspection starting from the date of delivery.
- Return conditions
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging and without signs of use or odor (e.g. smoke, scents).
- Hygiene products, such as vibrators and lubricants, are not returnable if the packaging has been opened.
- Payments and returns
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective upon receipt.
- For incorrect or defective products, we will provide an exchange or refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receipt â bank transfers may take 3-5 business days.
- Exchange
- Exchanges are not automatically possible â the customer must place a new order for the desired product.
- The payment for the returned order will be refunded once the return has been received.

- Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.
- Send the package by post and keep the tracking number.
- Once we receive the return and inspect the condition, we will issue a refund.
