Delivery and return
📦 Delivery
- Order processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time in Finland is usually 2–5 business days.
- Delivery methods and costs
- We use reliable transport services (e.g. Posti, Matkahuolto or DHL).
- Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- Inconspicuous packaging
- All shipments are packed inconspicuously - without labeling the contents.
- Tracking
- We will send a confirmation message about the delivery and a possible tracking number for viewing.
↩️ Return & exchange
- Return time
- The customer has a 14-day right of return for inspection starting from the delivery date.
- Return conditions
- The product must be unused, in the original packaging and without signs of use or odors (e.g. smoke, smells).
- Hygiene products, such as vibrators and lubricants, cannot be returned if the package has been opened.
- Payments and returns
- The customer is responsible for the return costs, unless the product is faulty upon receipt.
- In the case of incorrect or defective products, we will deliver an exchange or refund.
- Refund is processed within 48 hours after receipt - bank transfer may take 3-5 business days.
- Exchange
- The exchange is not automatically successful - the customer must place a new order for the desired product.
- The payment for the returnable order will be refunded when the return has been received.
🔄 Recovery process

- You will receive instructions on the return and the necessary information.
- Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the post office and keep the tracking number.
- Once we receive the return and check the condition, we will issue a refund.
